The manner in which the hall was clean, one would be tempted to lie on the floor a little. The food served was one you only see at the gathering of Creme de la Creme in the society. Everyone was given treatment meant for 1st class Royalties. They sang her praise and danced in her honor, they made merriment as if they had all day. Nanyi is not the regular girl you will meet. She's intelligent, articulate and having an awesome personality. You could say, she's an exceptional lady. She was just 23 when she first walked into my office seeking for employment. Going through her credentials and after having a chat with her, she was just the best candidate for the position my company was recruiting for. So, I directed her to the director of personal, who gave her the employment letter and benefits accrued to her office. Few months into Nanyi's work with my company, she became friends with my wife. Unlike other friendship, the two became as sisters and inseparable.  I must say that I sometimes jealous their friendship. My wife and I thought everything was good and fine with Nanyi. *The New Conventional* Many people pass through life, but only few are distinguished, because they challenge the conventions at every given stage and make a difference. The world in which we live is designed to function in a particular direction and dimension at different levels. This has therefore, conditioned us to work in  particular ways to be considered normal and in conformity with the acceptable norms. One truth I have however discovered, is that men and women who had in time past, distinguished themselves in their various fields of endeavour, were people who challenged the conventions at every turn . I tell you this, if we must be men and women who generations to come would remember for our impact,  we must question the conventional.
